• Prioritizes an individual’s network traffic based on complete application awareness. Users can communicate via VoIP and Web cams, transfer files, and surf simultaneously with optimal performance, even inside VPN tunnels


• Provides DiffServ-compatible marking of outgoing traffic based on application awareness. This allows both encrypted and clear packets to be managed more efficiently by QoS-enabled networks, including MPLS and intelligent switches
