Chief Financial Officer
With more then 15 years of experience
in finance and software, Jeff joined Propel as Corporate
Controller in 2005. Prior to joining Propel, Jeff worked
as CFO and Controller for Private Label, Inc., a leading
high-tech contract manufacturer where he managed worldwide
finance and operations, and set up manufacturing operations
throughout Asia. Before Private Label, Jeff was the CFO
for StarQuest Software, Inc., a global provider of network
software specializing in Internet infrastructure solutions
for the Cisco and IBM enterprise platforms. At StarQuest,
he helped raise venture funding. In addition, he played
a critical role in successfully managing the acquisition
of StarQuest, by Level 8 Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ listed
company. He has also worked many years as controller for
Adobe Systems, Inc. and has held numerous other financial
positions in the software industry.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Science, a B.S. in Accounting and
an MBA in business administration from San Jose State
