GUAMCELL's rollout of Propel Web Accelerator drives record-setting growth of new customer activations

Propel Accelerator was launched in early March 2005 in Guam and mid-March in Saipan. In just two months following the launch of the Propel Web acceleration service, GUAMCELL reports a 33% increase of monthly subscriptions and is expected to exceed that number for May 2005.
