Cincinnati Bell Selects Propel Accelerator

ranked in the top 20 of U.S. ISPs in Q1 2004 based on the
number of customers that subscribe to its dial-up service.
In the ISP Planet listing, Propel currently provides acceleration
to 3 of the top 7 dial-up ISPs in the US.
